Directions: Go to the Shinsaibashi subway stop on the Midosuji Line (the red line). Go upstairs and walk south on Midosuji street on the right hand side of the street until you come to Matsuda. Turn right on the street before Matsuda. Walk east for 1 block. You should see a small shrine on the right. Turn left and walk on half block. You'll see a signboard for Balabushka on your right. Take the small elevator up to the 4th floor.
